Thread: PMASI Road Trip - Jan 29th

With ten people (it seems so far) we may want to consider taking a third vehicle. Dave and Adam have volunteered so far. Both with 5-passenger SUV type thingies. For space for loot, if nothing else, lets consider another driver. Volunteers?

If someone supplies a suv I could drive it if they don't want to, my mitsubishi eclipse is pretty much worthless in these situations lol

    Hi all,

It looks like we are up to 12 people which means a third vehicle (which is fine). I could theoretically fit a total of 8 in my car, but that would not leave ANY room for sytros and would be quite a bit "cozy" (the third row is not really comfy for adults). There is no reason that the third vehicle has to be an SUV, so if anyone who has signed up is willing to drive (PMASI is reimbursing expenses), please let us know.

I also wanted to add that I have a styro that I snagged from work that has some dry ice in it. I am not 100% how much of the dry ice will be left by Saturday, but if anyone wanted to pick up anything frozen can put it in with the dry ice.

Steve Yurkovich also volunteered some heat packs to help keep any livestock warm.

    Hi all,

Another thing to add... Thanks to Anthony and Tom Neely for the planning! They worked out the schedule, suggested places to eat, got Something Fishy to keep the doors open late for us and more!

BTW... Can one of you post the planned schedule for the day? ETA and ETD for each stop and back home? Every car doesn't have to stick to the exact schedule, but I wanted everyone to have at least a rough idea.

    Thanks!

    Adam

Here is the basic schedule. The most important being the Leaving time of Monroeville, and TFP

    Here is the schedule:

Pull Out of Monroeville 6:30 AM (absolute latest)
    Arrive at TFP around 10:30
    Leave TFP at 2:30
    Arrive Something Fishy at 3:30
    Leave Something Fishy at 5:00
