Early Bird Specials Admission - $30 (Limited number available)

Please keep in mind that only "Early Bird Special" participants will be allowed to set up a holding/display tank w/ water, and have electrical access.

Set up will open at 10:00am for all those that preregister. Electrical will be provided. However, we are limiting all Early Bird Participants to T5's, VHO's, LED’s or PC's...no MH's please.

PLEASE NOTE: We will have plenty of FREE tables available on the day of the swap for general admission participants. However, these general admission participants will NOT be able to set-up a tank/system, or have electrical access.

Please also remember that the tables supplied to "Early Bird Special" hobbyists are “normal folding tables” that will not support a large amount of weight. Please limit the size (weight) of the tanks to 15 gallons or less of water volume (tank size can be larger, but must only contain 15 gallons of water or less). All unsafe set-ups will be asked to be taken down as we want to try and avoid any accidents.

    Tomorrow’s the big day.

Doors open at 12:00p for general admission, and the raffle is set to start at 2:30p.

We are expecting an excellent turnout. Just like any other swap the first half hour or so will be a madhouse with people rushing through the door anxious to get set up and start selling. So please be patient and courteous to your fellow hobbyists until everyone gets settled in.

We will have a good amount of open tables available to the general admission hobbyist.

To make things a little easier to locate swappers there will be a “Swap Map” located centrally at the event. Hobbyists are encouraged to utilize this map by filling your name/username in the slot corresponding your location that you have chosen to “set-up shop”.

Below is an example of what the map may look like.

We look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow.

    Visit LearClub.com for more info.

It was an excellent frag swap! Very well organized and the bigger space made it easier to navigate than other swaps I have been to. I look forward to the next one
