Possibly, may be interested if you can give me an honest answer on what I think I may want one of them for. Sump build?

Im confused. What sort of answers are you looking for?

I was using it for my return pump in my sump and decided to upgrade to a QuietOne4000 that I had laying around for more flow.

It's a solid pump used for all sorts of applications. Good for Recirculating pumps, Closed Loop Systems, Return pumps, with the right impeller even a skimmer pump.

Danner has been a forefront of our hobby. The pumps are strong and are built to last.

Downsides to the larger Danner pumps are heat, electricity and sheer size.

This pump I believe is 65watts which is on par with most pumps its size. I believe its a little over 10 feet in head weight and takes up very little room. I connected a 3/4" fitting to the top of the 1/2" output but you could do up to 1" if it calls for it.

Id recommend this pump as a return if you're looking for 3x-10x flow through a sump.

Also great for small closed loop system.

I don't know if these were the answers that you were looking for but I hope it helps.

Can anyone else verify my numbers?

good pumps , drop off in head height flow is pretty steep . the seven would be right for a sump under a smaller display tank (65gal.or less)or a small closed loop flow pump.

Of which I used for both purposes at one point or another on my 75g.

Thanks for the info!

Offers on these guys anyone?

The warning label on the spec sheet is hilarious.

Thank you for info, yes that is what I wanted to know. I guess I should of been more specific. I am in the process of trying to figure this whole sump thing out. The pump and overflow box is what has been stumping me, although I'm starting to get it now from the info I've got here on forum. I may be interested in one of these pumps if still available once I figure out if sump is going in stand or down in basement. I will message ya if I want one. Thank you again.

I definitely understand your restraint to dealings but, I have yet to be taken advantage of on these boards or board members.

Good luck and let me know if you need anything.

In case you were all wondering... I still have 2 pumps. Both sittin' pretty.
