It's been a while since I've been to a club meeting. My tank crashed last year and I lost everything. Going to change some things around while it's down before moving forward with it. One of those changes is an external coast to coast overflow w/ narrow internal weir.

Just a few questions before ordering the glass (this is a standard 6' 125 gallon, by the way):

1) I would like to do the narrow internal weir- how wide/deep should it be?
2) The back glass is already drilled twice for 1.5" bulkheads (1X 2 3/8" hole on each side)- will I need to drill another hole?
3) What dimensions should I use for the external box and what size plumbing?
4) What thickness of glass would you suggest using?

I really appreciate the help. I've been out of the hobby for close to a year now and a lot of things have slipped my mind. Thanks again, I look forward to getting the tank back up and running soon!

Sincerely,

Eric Buttenfield
